Due to the fact that Kalita has a specific form – a flat bottom, like professional filter coffee machines. The patented design of the funnel allows the coffee to be extracted evenly, due to the fact that there are three holes in the bottom part at the bottom of the funnel that are designed to ensure a uniform extraction that significantly distinguishes Kalita from all known Chemex and V60.

INNOVATIVE DESIGN

The inner surface of the funnel is made using the “wave” technology, which ensures the correct extraction of coffee. In the funnel, the “waves” are designed to maintain the water temperature. “Waves” prevent contact between the walls of water and funnels, which are usually colder and can lower the temperature of water during extraction.
